What a machine can tell you

Two clean tests cut through most of this. First: if the offer landed as cash in your account tomorrow, would you buy back into this company at that price? If not, the market may be paying you more than you'd pay yourself.

Second: separate the number from the tiredness. A strong offer in a hard year is easy to read as rescue. Price the company as if next year went well, and see whether the offer still looks large.

The method, stated plainly

Hard calls only

If a model can answer your question, we'll hand you that answer and wave you off — no panel, no charge, come back with a harder one. If your own people can settle it over dinner, we'll say that too. Panels are kept for the calls that are too consequential for a chatbot and too conflicted for everyone who loves you.

  • No client stories, ever. Our best outcomes are the most private. The method is published; the panels never are.
  • No feed, no browsing, no audience. A panel exists for one decision, then it is over.
  • No trackers. Open the network tab. This page phones no one.
  • No waitlist for the person deciding. When a hard call is live, speed is the product. The bench queues; you never do.

Sealed means sealed: answers are written blind, held encrypted at rest, shown to everyone at once, and never used to train anything. The full threat model is public — read it before you trust us.
